The Insurance Commission has once again granted its 1st Certificate of Registration and License to Sell for 2019 to St. Peter Life Plan, Inc (SPLPI). The Certificate of Registration and License to Sell is valid from January 1 to December 31, 2019. This Certificate gives St. Peter Life Plan, Inc. the authority to offer Life Plans to Filipino. The Certification symbolizes the government’s trust in the credibility and stability of the company, that it can deliver its promise of world-class memorial services to the Filipino people.

The Certificate of Registration and License to Sell is an important document issued by the Insurance Commission to every Pre-Need Company. It gives authority to the company to sell its Pre-Need products to its target markets and serves as a proof that the organization is legitimate, financially strong, and stable. It is also one way of ensuring that the organization is able to meet the standard requirements of the Philippine government in terms of Pre-Need regulation.

The Certificate was awarded to SPLPI during a lunch gathering last February 7. It was presented by Insurance Commissioner Honorable Atty. Dennis B. Funa and received by the following St. Peter Executive Officers: Chairman Emeritus Florita Vitangcol, St. Peter Group Chairman of the Board Orlando Bautista, St. Peter Group President and Chief Executive Officer York Vitangcol, St. Peter Group Vice Chairman Ernesto Santiago, St. Peter Life Plan Chairman of the Board Dra. Mildred Vitangcol, St. Peter Life Plan President and Chief Executive Officer Victor Tancinco, St. Peter Life Plan Senior Vice President and Chief Operating Officer Jonathan Vitangcol, Senior Vice President and Chief Operating Officer for Chapel Operations Jason Vitangcol, Senior Vice President for Legal Atty. Carlos Verzosa,  and Senior Vice President for Actuarial, Accounts Maintenance, and Information Technology Marius Guingon.
